  • All orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise requested.
  • Once payment is received, all orders will be dispatched within 2-5 business days at most.
  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your own delivery via the tracking number provided.
  • Should your parcel not be collected and is returned back to Wild Posse, the customer is to cover costs of re-postage.
  • Deliveries may take up to 2-10 days, depending on location. Please take into consideration that AusPost may be expecting delays due to the Christmas holiday period.

    FREE LOCAL DELIVERY

    • We have a 'Local Delivery' option available that you can select at checkout on orders over $100 
    • Receive your order within 1-2 business days. We do not deliver on weekends, you will receive the order on Monday if ordered on Friday
    • Please contact us for urgent deliveries
    • You must live within 5km of the town centre of Esperance WA 6450, this does not include PO boxes.

    PRE ORDERS

    All items ordered with a pre-order item will be delivered at the time of the pre-order. 

    Please note that delivery dates are an estimate and this date may change subject to shipping and other factors.

    What if I do not receive my order?

    • Deliveries may take up to 2-10 days Australia wide, location depending as we are located in a rural town.
    • If you do not receive your order after 10 working days of being dispatched please email hello@wildposse.com.au so we can follow up.

    What if I want to cancel my order?

    Unfortunately, orders are unable to be cancelled once it has been placed.
